Tom Morgan
President and CEO
Tom Morgan has over 20 years of experience in major project management in multicultural environments. He is a specialist in high-threat area operations, with extensive experience in Afghanistan, Iraq, Africa, and other highly challenging environments.
Tom holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Pennsylvania State University. As a field engineer for the US State Department’s Diplomatic Communications Service he gained extensive experience in critical security situations; he has received law enforcement and counterterrorism training and has developed cutting edge communications networks for US diplomatic missions across the globe. From 1988 to 1998 he served as Director of Operations for the Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty network, and most recently, he was Managing Director / Dubai for the Middle East Broadcasting Networks.
Tom has held responsibility for project budgets in excess of $50 million, and has achieved a remarkable record of efficient and innovative technical management in some of the most challenging environments on the planet. |

Darren Smith
V.P. for Project Management
Darren Smith has 15 years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary and international projects in the construction and environmental industries. He has handled construction, environmental projects, thermal remediation, Unexploded Ordnance removals, and hazardous waste remediation., and has extensive experience in business development, capture plans, proposal development, market analysis, procurement, cost/project control, budgeting and estimating, contract administration, and subcontract administration.
Mr. Smith has led major projects in the US, Japan, Okinawa, Guam. In postwar Iraq he has been project manager for sensitive efforts such as the renovation and repairs to the Ministry of Environment Building in Sadr City, the construction of the new Regional Public safety Academy in Al Kut, the renovation, repairs, and construction of 400 schools in the southern districts of Wassit, Muthunna, Thi Qar, and Maysan. He established an outstanding record for completing projects efficiently and ensuring personnel security.
Darren Smith holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Iowa and has undergone postgraduate training in numerous technical and management disciplines. |

Shawn Teigen
Director
Shawn Teigen has been working in corporate governance since 2000. He is currently a housing lobbyist at local, state and federal levels.
Shawn holds a Masters of Public Policy and a B.S. in Management from the University of Utah. He sits on various public-sector and corporate boards. Additionally, Shawn is the president of an oil and gas company with operations in Texas, Wyoming and Colorado.
Shawn rounds out his breadth of experience with the two years he spent as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Kazakhstan.

Don Wayne Wood
Project Manager
Don Wayne Wood is based in Thailand and has many years of government and international experience. He has worked in Afghanistan as a Resident Engineer and has also served as Director of Construction, involved in project management, quality control and safety.
Mr. Wood in previous engagements worked in the United States in Fort Benning, Georgia as Chief of Construction Inspection, having overall responsibility
for directing the daily operation that provided contract administration, technical
support and quality assurance for construction, repair, maintenance, requirements
and services contracts.
He also worked in Kuwait with the US Army Corps of Engineers as Construction
Representative and his duties include observing and verifying quality control activities on job order contracts.
